93 2.3l runs rough smell gas.... bad coil packs?

hi I have a 93 2.3l that has been running rough ce code says lean according to o'rieleys I'm a backyard and youtube mechanic with limited knowledge so bear with me I changed the air and fuel filter fuel pump plugs and plug wires and tested with a multimeter and cleaned maf sensor and was about to test the coil packs but couldnt find info on what ohm they were supposed to be anyway started pulling plug wires while the car was running and 3 of the 8 had no spark jumping between them could it be anything besides the coil packs or were all of the wires even supposed to have spark.... thanks for your time and responses
