i saw a 3 amp just above the fuse panel
pretty sure that's it (might be under tape i doubt it though) |

just to the left of the fuse box there is a wire with a fuse all by itself.(to the left of the fuse box) my fuse was blown also. I replaced mine and the mirrors work now. I think my kids were playing with it and blew the fuse, because the mirrors should work with no key in the ignition. remember, this is an option and the fuse is not on the fuse box. it is a seperate fused wire to the left of the fuse box.

My mirrors did not work for two years before I had time to fix them. I wonder if this guy even owns this van still.
