Unhappy How to disable anti-theft mode on 2003 Saturn ION

I posted before for problems to start the car, after some inspections was found that the anti-theft is getting acttivated disabling the car.
How I can disable the anti-theft system?
re-programming the ecm ?
replacing the ecm?
The car is:
2003 Saturn ION 2.2L MFI DOHC 4cyl

Can't disable
If the system is not working then the cause of the failure will need to be diagnosed and repaired.

If you can start the car, once started, you can cut the white wire attached to the plug for the ignition switch. You will see it when you tilt steering up and look at sterring colum from under neath. This will put the pass lock in an error mode and will no longer disable vehicle. Your pass lock light will be on all the time but will work.
