Rust-Oleum over DupliColor problems
I put down some DupliColor white sandable primer let's set for 2 days then shot some Rust-Oleum over it two thin coats let's set for 24 hours then shot heavy wet coat. The primer started wrinkling was this the lack of not letting it air / gas out?
