interchangeable body parts for 2006 sebring sedan

I have a 2006 Chrysler Sebring Touring Sedan and my car was recently hit on the drivers side passenger door and I was wondering if it was possible to replace the back door with another years model or should i find the same 2006 model? Any help would be greatly appreciated thx!
