Nav Radio Re-Programing Question

The problem is the volume is on max and I can't change it with the volume knob or the steering wheel controls (but I can mute it.) Has anybody ran into this and can tell me the procedure so I can relay it to the Tech-2 tech? I have found that I have better luck with the dealer if I give them instructions.
Thanks,
Sonny01

Sonny01,

I would like to look into this further for you. Can you please private message me with your name, VIN, address, and the name of the GM dealership you are working with? Look forward to hearing from you soon.

The dealer re-programmed the radio and it works!
