rr window weatherstrip

I have a 96 Celica GT convertible, where the rear quarter windows are fine, but the weatherstrip on the front of the glass is cracked and peices are missing. This creates a lot of wind and road noise driving down the freeway. Toyota informed me the weatherstrip is part of the glass and I will have to buy two replacement windows at 400.00 plus each.
Is there any place that I can get these window strip pieces aftermarket?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
contact back by email would be great!
Thanks,
