05-07 Vue V-6 shudder at 35-40 mph *GM RECALL*

I had a 2007 Vue 3.0L AWD with a shudder or RPM variation between 35-40 mph. I had a buddy who's a tech at GM dealership run the Vin# and found this recall:

#10285A Customer Satisfaction: Vehicle Vibration reprogram PCM

Models 2005-2007 Saturn Vue w/ 5speed automatic trans

***Recall in effect until February 28th, 2014***

in 99% of cases GM will reprogram your PCM, and problem is gone.
in (fewer than) 1% GM will replace your Torque Converter then reprogram.

This fixed my vehicle's issue for FREE!
