need free manual

Hello Anyone know where I can get a free repair manual online. I downloaded one a few years back, but my computer crashed and I lost the manual and everything on it. I've been looking but can't seem to locate anything 1996 zj jeep GC. Thanks

Autozone.com has vehicle repair info and diagrams. You just go to the site and register your vehicle, it's free.

Some libraries have automotive databases, if you live in an area they serve, the info is free. One of their databases you can access on your home computer. I'm not saying it's the best, but better than nothing. You get information on every year--make--model that they cover.

There are premium automotive databases, for a small yearly fee, you can get all the info you need for one vehicle. That is the same info the mechanics use.
