1987/88 Texaco Ford Sierra RS500 Eggenberger Gr.A

Hi

Starting this build on december 14th 2012.

Here some pics of the original car.













The Tamiya RS500 is a curbside kit, so I decided to take a 2.8 liter 6 Zyl engine of a XR-4i in the RS.

This is the complete engine after the first round of silver leaf.

Some mods on the fuelcell.





Doors inside with Tamiya primer grey.





Rollcage with Tamiya black.







Paintjob is done...Hood with Tamiya black #14 and Gunze clearcoat.

Carbon decals from Modeler´s.





Seat with decals and clear coat.

















Starting with the batterie on the rear of the passenger side.

cut it out, copy this design and print it.

this is the result.



Glue the paper on 0.00511811 inch (0,13mm) evergreen.









This is the final result.

Great build mate, the engine detail and open bonnet & tailgate are really good. Where can you buy those Call'graphe tyre decals, I could use some of the Pirelli ones? Do they have a webshop as I couldn't find anything from a Google search?
