2000 chevy misfire cylinder 8

So I have A 2000 Chevy and i keep getting a code saying i have a misfire on cylinder 8. i have replaced the spark plug, i have replaced the coil. this code is still showing up. what else could this be?

The plug wire maybe? Injector? If it continues you should run a compression check, there may be a valve issue. Also could have carbon build up on the piston or valves or even a worn cam lobe

what is the code ? how many miles ? what engine ?
