Issue with malibu help?

Hi there this is my first post. Okay hope i can discribe this correctly. When were on the interstate at about 60mph our car begins to sound like a mad cricket. very high pitch. If we hit a bump it will stop automatically and then start again. My husband noticed that the car pulls a bit to the right and if he jerks to the left the sound stops also. It doesnt do it when he is going slow ,only at speed. He also noticed that when we are pulling in or out of a parking position some times it makes a popping noise. Any ideas what this could be? its a 2005
