It is possible to broke the car hood hinge by walking on the hood?

Do you think that this is posible to broke the hood hinge, when 170 lb. heavy person make few steps on it?

If the hood was closed at the time and in it's proper position , I wouldn't think walking ( not excessively jumping up & down ) on it would break the hinge ? It definitely could damage the hood's surface ! Of course , there are such a variety of hood shapes , etc. that anything is possible . But generally speaking , I'd have to say no .

Yeah, I think more details are needed to attempt to answer the question - make, model, and year of vehicle in question, weight of the former friend you're trying to sue for breaking your hood hinge, etc.
