CV driveshaft

I have an engine swap car that has an issue with driveshaft vibration at speed. This appears to be caused by a slightly misaligned driveline (I built the mounts in one chassis, then bought a cleaner shell and everything turned out a little off center) I've heard of CV driveshafts, but I'm not having luck finding information that doesn't apply to Jeeps.

If possible, I'd like to use a CV driveshaft instead of rebuilding my engine mounts. Does anyone have any information that may help me?
