06 civic si. new dvd deck but no sound
hi i got a kenwood dvd deck and a harness. put it all in as i have done before . the harness fit and the pins match up. the deck turns on and seems to funtion properly but there is no sound coming from the speakers. the sound and the power r on the same harness why is there no sound!?

I have an 09 Si and installed aftermarket CD player. If you have the sub set up you may have to have a separate harness to bypass the amp? Just a thought. Also, your best bet for purchasing aftermarket stereo equipment is Crutchfield.com. They'll provide you with all the information and harnesses you need to perform your installation.
