Missing or shifting problem?

2002 with 3.0L, automatic w/OD, 75Kmiles. If I'm driving at 30-35 MPH and I speed up drastically, the truck bucks as if it is missing. Either missing or having a hard time down-shifting. If I slowly increase speed, it shifts and speeds up just fine. I've had the truck for about 30Kmiles and haven't replaced the xmission filter/fluid yet. Anyone else have this?
