2002 Honda CR-V EX Factory Alarm not working

I just recently replaced the two front door lock actuators and the rear driver-side door actuator. Since doing so, I can no longer set the factory alarm with the remote control. I used to be able to press the lock button twice on the remote and on the second push the horn would beep once, indicating the alarm is active. Now when I push a second time, no horn beep. Any ideas whats going on here? Dealer already looked at the car and said the new actuators are functioning properly. How can I find where the alarm is located so I can reset the valet switch, which might be the problem?
