Horrible scraping noise

my cr stalled while driving. now it wont start and makes a horrible scraping sound when i turn the key. please help.

How many miles are on it? Had a Leganza with 62000 mile when timing belt broke while driving. Cost me about $1200 to repair. Sounds like the same noise mine was making.
