Key Fob Issue

06 Allure - Fob was working, then just stopped. I've fixed the fob in the past due to cold solder and added a sheet that fixes the buttons that stopped working, and after I did all that, it worked great. Replaced the battery in it, but it's still not working. Solder joints are still fine. I'm wondering if it might be something on the car's side. No idea how to check if one or the other is working properly or not, so looking for suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Key Fob Issue

Only have one fob? You can take your key fob to the Buick dealer parts department. They should have a tester and check it at no charge. Then you'll know where to start.

Yes, only one fob. I'll check with the local dealer and see what they have to say. Thanks for the tip.
