V-AFC Programing
I am looking to find some settings for a V-AFC installed on a 99 Honda PreLude! It has a AEM short intake, DC headers, DC cat-back, Iridium plugs and Nology Hot-Wires, Jackson Racing Supercharger, with engine management unit and boost controler. I am looking for some tips on how to tune it until I can get it to a shop that has a dyno to run it in a peak tunning enviroment. Any help would be great!

question...how does a jackson racing supercharger have a boost controller???
and it's almost impossible to tell you how to tune your car. just based on what you tell us. do you have a fuel pressure gauge?? an adjustable fpr? what fuel management unit is being used? which fuel pump are you using?best and safest bet is to find a place with a dyno that also has a wideband o2 sensor and get it tuned there. if you play with it yourself and don't know where you're at as far as your a/f ratio, fuel pressure, etc etc etc, or what you're doing, there's a good chance your engine will go KABOOM!!! |

I might be wrong, but I believe its actually the boost timing controller (btc) and all it does is retard timing. Do correct me if i'm wrong
