Audi A4 Red Bull Color

Hi guys,

a couple of days ago i ordered a decal set from Pattos for the revell Audi A4. I'm going to convert this into a Red Bull version driven by Mattias Ekstrom. Does any body know witch Tamiya TS color i can use or another manufacturer of paint? Let me know.

Best regards,
Lesley

Re: Audi A4 Red Bull Color

I think the closest Tamiya TS will be TS51 Telefonica Blue.. Same colour is used on the Tamiya 1/12th Red Bull Yamaha....

I second TS51, but it seems to be just a bit darker. Maybe it's just me...

From what i know ts51 above a semigloss black base. IT gives the telefonica blue a darker shade.

This ain`t gonna do the trick. The TS 51 is made for the (older) subaru rallycars. Even with a black basecoat, it ain`t gonna be dark enough. just use the TS 53, deep metallic blue. If i look at pictures of the real car, the color is really dark.
