Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet! I'd love to build it as a regular M3, though.

Micheal (Scale Production owner) said just today on another model forum that he is working everyday on the master, but doesn't expect the kit to be released for another 2-3 months.
To the best of my knowledge (TTBOMK) there is no other E46 M3 kit. There were only one or two E36 M3 kits, one street version and one race version both from Dragon I believe. Then there was the Quick skins E36 M3 transkit. There were only one or two E30 M3 kits as well. A street version from fujimi/testors and 3 race versions also from fujimi. The E30 M3 kits are not all that accurate on the body lines of the front end. Why BMW M3's haven't been kitted accuratly and rightously by any mfg baffles me to this day. Not many other cars have the thoroughbred history and success of the M3. To not have a decent kit of these cars availble is a real shame. I expect the Scale Production effort to be a big seller.
