"02" grand caravan, hesitation and stalling

We've been having issues with our grand caravan for the past couple months, and I'm not sure what to do next. Alittle history, 2002, 3.8L engine, 160,000 miles. Started with a slight hesitation at 45-50 mph, Then started stalling at stops and turns. Then started stalling while engine was idling and you just touch the accelartor.
So far, we've replace the ECM (mechanics code reader wouldn't connect, only said bad ECM) New plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter. Checked the fuel pressure that was good. Cleaned throttle body and AIC valve. If the van sits for a couple days, runs fine, with the exception of the hesitation at 45-50mph. Run for a couple days, starts stalling, and lots of hesitation when first pulling out. I'm not a mechanic, but have been researching and talking with the shop I use about the issue, I'm at my wits end, with no idea,, Any thoughts of where else I need to look? any information would be greatly appreciated. Have you checked the EGR valve? Sounds like it might be slowly sticking open.

No I have not checked the EGR Valve, Would you know where that is located? ,, and is there a way to test it?.. Thanks.

Another common cause of stalling and hesitation are bad cam and crank sensors. Beyond that I would look at the throttle position sensor. All can fail without throwing a code.
