Timing belt replacement

Hello,

Can anyone tell me the procedure for replacing the timing belt on a 1997 CIVIC LX 1.6 liter non VTEC D16Y7 motor and how to make sure the crankshaft and cam are in the correct position?

Thank You

Re: Timing belt replacement

The cam pulley say UP and there are 2 notches that line up with the head. The crank has a stamping in one of the teeth that lines up to a mark in the block. I'm sure you can find a picture on google if you search timing marks.
