Could you guys help me with the translation of this product's label? Does it needs to be thinned?

I have this and have used it. Personally I never felt the need to thin it.
Both applied with brush and airbrush.

HTH even though it's not a translation

label says you have to stir it well, and if you feel like, you can thin it up (but you don't have to! you can use it as it is!) if you do use thiner use Mr Hobby thiner.

I hope it helps!
