Teflon Needle Bearing
Does anybody know af a source for this part in a Badger 175 Crescendo. You can buy the one for the Badger 150/200 anywhere but I have never seen one in a hobby shop and they cannot seem to order them. I got some once from Dixie Art but they charged 10 bucks to ship a 3 dollar part. I know Badger will replace them but they are very ease to replace yourself if you can get the parts

Re: Teflon Needle Bearing
You have to send it in to Badger for repairs. It takes special tooling to replace it. The needle bearing is covered under a life time warrenty. All you have to do is send them your brush with a note saying the the bearing needs replacing and they will do the repairs free of charge. I actually have my airbrush over there right now for the same reason. If you have any questions, just give them a call. They are all nice people and are very helpful.
I hope this helps....

Re: Teflon Needle Bearing
Thanks, but beleive you can do it yourself. I have done many times on the 175 and 200. You just need a brass rod of the proper size to push the old one out and push the new one in.
