windsheild wiper problem on a 99 concorde
I have a 99 chrysler concord. i went to turn them on and they wouldnt work. checked fuse in panel inside on drivers side, fuse was good . checked fuse and relay in engine compartment. fuse was good and changed relay with a known good one. still nothing. any help with this would be greatly apreciated.
