Unknown part identification help needed

98 windstar 3.0L engine

There is a fuel grade hose going from the plenium near the throttle body to a valve (I think it is a valve and it appears to have knob on it that you can use for adjusting) on the fire wall. I need to replace the hose but I don't know what the part that it goes to is called. I believe the part also has another hose going to the right towards the brake booster. I would really appreciate it if someone can identify the part.

That's correct, is part of the EVAP system and helps to burn the fuel vapors stored in the charcoal canister so they don't get into the atmosphere and you get better mileage.
