Unhappy last rights (I think this is it weezy)

I have a 98 volkswagon jetta 2.0 engine, it was leaking oil so bad that i had to have it towed to my house. I had to replace the O-ring on the oil cooler unit, but my car has been sitting for over a week. I tried to start it today and... nothing will happen. I read some of the blogs on this site, and tried spraying the spark plugs with WD-40 and the distriubtor cap. Still will not start, the person who is working on my car is being a real dick, and I have paid him to fix my #%%^&* and he acts like he is doin me a favor. HELP
