Exclamation Where to start...

Alright here are the problems I have with my 01..thanks to the so called "friend" who sold it to me.

1) My headlights hesitate to turn on, I have to wait a few minutes. Same goes when I turn them off. The high beams act the same way.

2) The interval wipers act up when I want 1 wipe I get three, the rear one? Forget about it that thing doesn't even shut off unless you disconnect the battery.

3) After turning the key on the prolong beep won't shut off for a while, same goes when you turn it off.

4) I can only open the power windows from the driver side master panel.

5) I am getting a rumble from my left front wheel mainly when I turn to the right.

6) On the highway starting around 65-70 MPH the reaer end cavitates like a terribly bent rim. The tire places noted the rims looked okay and so did the brakes.

When I got it this "buddy" installed an aftermarket remote start and also installed satellite radio. I tore the satellite radio out but the not properly I think the wires are still exposed. I beg for some help here!

Re: Where to start...

The rumble is a hub bearing going out, easy to replace. As far the rear end shake, are the tires balanced right, maybe drive shaft lost it weight also...

Re: Where to start...

Noted, i'll replace the hub bearing. When I got it I had to spend over $1000 on four new ball joints just to get it inspected. You think $6,000 was too much for this purchase with all that is wrong with it? I'm at a loss with the electrical, the positive end of the battery has a blue dry/gel substance on it...which rose an eye brow. Could it have anything to do with the after market remote start or the hot satellite radio wires?
