I approximated the time between grounding TC AND AB (roughly .5 to 1 sec) and
then held Tc to ground and the light flashed continously..I removed the ground
from TC and Voila' problem solved.I took me two tries....not too bad.Thanks Alot.

Re: '04 Camry airbag light reset

The '04 is a different generation of Camry, plus its on-board diagnostics are more detailed. Thus, what worked for the '92-'95 won't work for yours. I've moved your post to a separate thread to keep the topics separate.

You will need an ABS-capable scanner to reset your light, but check for any stored trouble codes first to see if it is really a false reading. Otherwise, you may be driving around with a disabled airbag.
