Need a little thought process here. Have the heater on and getting plenty of heat, though driving down the road cold air blows in on the passenger side floorboard.Possibly a air damper problem.Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated....

Second thought is you will need some good repair info for it. If new style manual controls there is a recuration door above blower motor that can let in outside air. Even AC charge and pressure can affect the recuration door. Has AC been working good? If auto matic controls check body/ac computer for codes and post back codes.

MT-2500 as always appreciate you reply. This cold air situation has been going on for years, but the last trip with the wife chewing my ear about it indicates I need to do something. Manuel controls and AC works great in regards to your questions...thanks...

If everything is working good and mode door actuator is switching all positions good. Check the recirculation air door and actuator motor for switching good in all positions. It is over the heater blower motor. You may be able to see it by removing glove box or lower dash cover. If you can feel cold air threw it when in the off no outside air or regulation position the flap may be damaged or something lodged in it. Good Luck and let us know how it goes.
