Rotating Tires

Does anyone know why a BMW service advisor would say BMW does not recommend ever rotating tires? Even witht the tires sizes and rims being the same front and rear? Im curious if anyone else has heard this...

Re: Rotating Tires

if they're non-directional tires... why not do it???

does it also have to do with the TPMS? maybe they're specific to that spot???

shrugs, consult another dealer

why are your tires wearing on the front? if so i would rotate the front to rear and make sure right and left don't get mixed up if the are directional.

good luck.
