01 subaru dome light
While installing a remote start on an 01 subaru outback I applied 12 volts to the pink/black wire at the OP connector. Now the dome lights are only activated by the rear hatch and by unlocking with remote. The door warning lights on IP still function properly. The pink/black wire had about 4 volts prior to 12v application, after had battery voltage.
I think I blew some diodes and or resistors located in the "combination meter" (aka instrument panel) I would like some comfirmation before I buy an IP. Last edited by swingline327; 12-18-2010 at 09:01 AM. Reason: typo |
