Wolf WR1 - Nose Decals

Hi all,

I just finished a 1/12 scale Wolf WR1 and need help applying the nose decal.

I put on the decals that came with the kit and they were apparently very old and bad, so I removed them and am getting new ones. However, when I applied the original nose decal it did not go on well at all - actually was a mess.

Any suggestions for this would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks on a rainy day here in NC
Lou

Re: Wolf WR1 - Nose Decals

i presume you are talking about that big gold decal that has to conform in several directions to go over the nose. I've had issues with that decal myself.

The easiest way is to mask off and spray the gold then just use the number decal as supplied on the decal sheet made by Indycals and the latter issues of Tamiyas' kit.
