Antenna is loose

Hi everyone, new to the forum, hopefully you guys can help me out here. So I went to a car wash the other day and they tried to unscrew my antenna but the guy just ended up pulling it out of the socket. Now I can't seem to get it to stay put back in the hole. It still has all the rubber base to it and everything it just seems like something down below is not holding it up right. Did they royally screw up my antenna? Do I have to get a whole new antenna? Any and all info will be helpful. Thanks!
