mini speedometer

I just picked up a 06 copper (R50) my 1st mini, and found the speedometer is off about 4 to 5 mph. it reads 60 when I am only doing 55. what can I do to correct this problem ?? can I put larger tires on the front or would that affect the abs and dsc systems ?? thanks
