dash lights not workin

i have a 99 monte carlo with an issue my headlights work just fine its the dash lights which dont work. anybody have any idea what it could be? i checked the fuses but no blown fuses except for the cig lighter fuse. the turn signal lights and info lights work (check engine, oil, volt) as well. if anybody has any idea what it could be id appreciate any info

i checked the bulbs and none of them were out....how do i get to the led? is it behind the dashboard?
