Colorado
Anyone hyped to see the new Colorado?
Not having the I6 is a bummer. But I am hopeful that the added cabin space of the ext cab vs an S10 ext cab will make it up. I'm curious to see some MSRPs soon, too. |

Isn't the new I5 more powerful than any of the 6 cylinders in its class though??

.
The I6 in the Trailblazer still has more power then the I5. Personally I'm not pleased to see this new Colorado. Its ugly like the new Silverados and Avalanche, less torque then the 4.3L V6 (S-10s are work trucks if this is going to replace it, it's going to need all the torque it can get to haul all the shit they throw in the back), and no Xtreme model.

Yeah, the thing I dislike most is the lack of a 6-cyl.
I drive a 4.3 S10 right now and I would not want to get a bigger truck with less torque. I have heard ideas about a V8 option, like an SS. Word is the I6 does not fit due to length, but no problem stuffing in a 5.3 V8. |
