Can't Find Connector
I've been spending my weekend replacing gaskets in my friends 2.2L 98 Cavalier. Fun!
![]() Anyways, I can't seem to find where a certain 2 pronged blue connector plugs into under the intake manifold. It's the longest of the bunch and seems to go somewhere different than the other four on the lead which are already plugged in and ready to go... ![]() Can anyone point me in the right direction? |

Re: Can't Find Connector
I'll look . Is it the front (Exhaust manifold side) or the Throttle body side. I am doing the same hook up .

Re: Can't Find Connector
I missed where you said intake manifold first post. Probably the speed sensor to the trans. Located on the underside, passenger side near the oil filter.

Re: Can't Find Connector
Did you find it? If not, zoom out a little on the pic and I can see where it is. I'm working on mine today.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I took a few pics of the engine on the intake side when apart. May help find some locations. Also, the trans speed sensor on the bottom side of the trans. Last edited by Jmrec100; 08-30-2010 at 05:19 PM. |
