how to fix a hood

im doing my 2nd body work job. i have to straighten the right corner of his hood, its crinkled in from the accident. i have to flatten and pull it outwards and he doesnt want to replace or paint it. has anyone ever done this before to a hood and if so how????? what ive thought of is grinding the webbing out of the back of the hood laying it on some flat surface and banging the whole dent out. give me ur input..thanks im doing it sunday so i only got 3 days to think about it...well actually 2..i need some responses fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

use body hammers and dollys and pound the shit outta it!!
if u can get the bracing off the bottom and have a welder 2 get it back on then go for it

.so...why doesnt he want to replace it? you can pick up a hood for like $20-50.... this one's never gonna be perfect and is gonna be alot more work than its worth..
