ok have 93 lesabre that has a high idle no light and have replaced the ICV and it made it worst the ilde went higher need help and dont see or here a vaccum leak could it be the pleum leaking inside

What about the TPS, have you checked the voltage @ idle & WOT & if you move the throttle to WOT, does the lever on the TPS return to the home position and show .45v or less @ idle?
