what kind of mods can you get for a 95 3.8L V6?

hey guys, im new here... i currently own a 1995 red 3.8L V6 with a 5 speed manual transmission. it is basically all stock with 80000 km driven. i was wondering what mods i should consider and what order to put them in. i would like to start with smaller stuff and then expand to bigger things. i will appreciate anyones input and thank you in advance

Exhaust is always first. Then Cold Air Induction.

I got a question? WHen u say exhaust do u mean cat back or the whole thing? I ve read that a cat back jsut adds sound and no hp gains.
