96 cutlass supreme door panel

How do you remove the part of the door panel that houses the switches for the locks and windows?

Also trying to figure this out. My passenger door lock does not work. Have you tried anything to get it undone yet?

To remove just the switch housing, flat tip screwdriver, lift up. Metal clips there, and just plastic tabs closer to the door.
