Re: Ferrari F458 Italia

molding and proportion looks good, but extremely few parts for the price

Re: Ferrari F458 Italia

The kit looks good, the only thing I don't agree with is that ugly looking brown molding. I know it can be painted over but not the best sight when you first open the box!

People scream about the US price of the Aston DBS model, it comes with photoetch, window masks, and chrome transfers...3 things that the identically-priced (3800 yen in Japan) Fujimi 458 does not, and the 458 seems to have fewer parts, especially inside. That Ferrari license thing again, or did they rush this one into production to beat Revell? Revell's kit that is due in August shows 110 parts...this one has about 89 parts.

Re: Ferrari F458 Italia

I am waiting for the Revell kit to compare. Fujimi kits leave alot to be desired sometimes. The Revell kit has a motor, so if its as good as the Revell California the game is over.

Re: Ferrari F458 Italia

I´m not intending to hijack this thread in any way, but are there any sprue shots or pre-production pictures of the Revell 458?
