Help!!

I have a Pontiac G6 GTP with a 3.9 V6. About a month ago, the temp gauge in the dash bottomed out and would not come off of zero, the A/C quit at the same time, and the engine fan blew constantly. It would all do that for a few days, then go back to normal, then start acting up again, etc. I replaced the temp sensor and all was well for a couple of weeks. Now it is all doing it again! It's 104 degrees in this Louisiana weather and I have 2 baby girls and I NEED my A/C. Has anyone else had this problem or may know what the problem may be? Any help is gladly appreciated!

Re: Help!!

Have you contacted your local dealership regarding this concern? There are many benefits to taking a vehicle to your local dealership. You can guarantee that technicians are certified and that the parts come with a GM parts warranty. For these reasons, I would recommend taking the vehicle to your local dealership to be diagnosed. They should be able to assist you further and have a plan for addressing the issue. I can also look into this issue further. In order to do more research, I will need some more specific information from you such as your name, address, phone number, the VIN for the vehicle, and current mileage. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact me either on the thread or via private message. Thank you.

Tricia, GM Customer Service.
