motor mount removal

I don't really have any experience removing motor mounts. What is the correct procedure for removing the passenger side mount on a '99 CV with 4.6L? What I can see that looks possible is removing the through-bolt that keeps the upper and lower portions together. I don't see enough clearance to do anything beyond that.

Re: motor mount removal

Check to see if there is a little bolt going down through the outside of the mount. Look down from the top to the outside of the mount. The through bolt comes out the front.

The through bolt is 10mm X 1.50mm X 90mm with tapered threaded end, and has a 13mm head. Passenger side come out from the front, driver side comes out from the rear. I was surprised how easily they came out after 200k miles in Michigan weather.
