Auto to Manual?
I know people have done auto to manual transmission conversions but I need to know exactly how to do this (step by step). Can anyone help? Are there any sites that tell me how or how much a shop might charge to do this? Please HELP!

There is one site I could find that gave steps (i losts the link but i'll try and find it) I had this swap done a couple months ago. DX auto to ZC stick conversion. It cost $3000cdn which included all parts (engine, tranny, wiring, timing belt, water pump, fluids, etc.) and all labour.
