just to make fiber glass.. go to a local boat shop or something similar, they have the Fiberglass ( its like a bunch of white shiny threads in a bag ) you'll need the Resin ( hardens Mixture u dip fiberglass in,or poor on fiberglass ) and the mixture ( comes in paint bucket looking thing.. ) Sometimes u can get the whole kit together.. others you can find Mixture w/ Resin together.. or just buy separately.
To make the mold, you can use somin like Fiberglass Mesh.. ( chicken wire type stuff, u bend to yer desired shape and apply fiberglass ) make yer shape, put fiberglass in mixture that has the instructed amt. of Resin per Cup or whatever the case is, then place mixture and resin applied fiberglass on your mold ( bout 5-6 layers ) let dry, sand.. whatever left u think u got to do. Perdy easy, not rocket science. Just make sure not to add too much resin, or it will dry really fast , and you'll have to work fast.
