95 Lumina Tensioner pulley

How do I release the tension on my pulley so I can replace the serpentine belt? The old serpentine belt is off, because it broke, but I don't know how to get that pulley loose. Please Help!

Never mind. I just pulled that baby up by wrapping some cieling wire around it. Praise the Lord! We can now go see fireworks.

You got the wrong forum.
You should be in Lumina forum.
Thanks to god's help.
Always more than one way to skin a cat.
But next time on a tension pulley always look for a 3/8 or 1/2 square slot in the arm for a breaker bar or ratchet to fit in so you can move it.

If no square notches in it try a wrench or socket on the tension-er pulley bolt.
Good Luck
