95 Lumina Tensioner pulley
How do I release the tension on my pulley so I can replace the serpentine belt? The old serpentine belt is off, because it broke, but I don't know how to get that pulley loose. Please Help!

Never mind. I just pulled that baby up by wrapping some cieling wire around it. Praise the Lord! We can now go see fireworks.

But next time on a tension pulley always look for a 3/8 or 1/2 square slot in the arm for a breaker bar or ratchet to fit in so you can move it. If no square notches in it try a wrench or socket on the tension-er pulley bolt. Good Luck
